Chrysalis HRD uses NEEDS - New Emerging Effectiveness Deliverables - to identify the most "critical to success" areas for performance improvement in your business.

This sharpens the focus and forms the goalpost for our programs, facilitating a quick return on investment for your organization.


Identifying competencies that would fuel business results

The pinpointing of key performance improvement areas then leads to an identification of competencies that the organization needs to convert performance potential into real business results.

These could be existing competencies that need to be honed or even new competencies that need to be developed. The process of developing intervention programmes customized to this prioritized list of critical competencies is the hallmark of the Chrysalis HRD partnership.


Creating Human Performance Improvement Initiatives


We could impress you with our large stock of 120 proprietary training modules, but we don't want you to look at those, for those are not what we will deliver to you. That is our studio shelf, our raw stock.

We work with you to assess your processes, working climate, the health of your teams, the focus of your leadership and the competency potential to design the right solution for your organization.

Our performance improvement intervention could take the form of facilitative workshops, one on one coaching, e-learning, outbound programmes with follow up classroom sessions, corporate games, events at the workplace or simple 'training programmes'. Chrysalis HRD does not believe in stand-alone training programmes. Each of our initiatives is strung together in a logical flow from the homework of understanding the needs of your business to the outcome of real measurable success.


Delivering effective performance improvement intervention


Just as our interventions are customized, our delivery too is customized and fitted to your organizational culture and profile.

We walk our talk. We believe in the relevance of what we say and take training beyond the realm of esoteric textbooks. We contain ourselves to 'what is' and 'what can be' steering clear of the theoretical 'what should be'.

We adhere to the principles of adult learning, creating an environment of mutual respect that facilitates better learning. All our programs have high energy and enthusiasm. The obvious consequence of this is high levels of motivation among participant that outlives the intervention.


Assessing the impact of our work on performance


Chrysalis HRD also offers proprietary methodologies of measurement. The impact of our intervention is not measured merely by learning effectiveness, but on performance improvement. This includes measuring the change between pre-program and post-program performance, in-program movement on the learning curve and performance on the job.

We dovetail our assessment into already existing metrics within your organization or create our own metrics to track and measure improvement.

Where metrics do not capture improvement, we use qualitative methods of evaluation.
